By accessing or using the TravelOne platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services, including travelers, travel advisors, corporate clients, and agency partners.

TravelOne provides travel intelligence services, including but not limited to: Travel DNA assessments, personalized 30-Chapter DNA Reports, destination matching, itinerary planning, and travel consultation services.

Our Services are designed to decode your travel personality and match you with destinations and experiences aligned with your unique Travel DNA profile.

All travel consultations, services, products, and financial transactions are executed exclusively by TravelOne Global Travel Services, LLC (USA). Technology is powered by TravelOne Technologies, Inc. (Canada).

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

Prices for our Services are as listed on our pricing page and are subject to change. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our platform.

Cash back offers are applied as credits toward future travel bookings through TravelOne and are subject to the specific terms of each plan.

The TravelOne platform, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the Travel DNA framework, algorithms, reports, text, graphics, logos, and software), is owned by TravelOne and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Travel DNA Report is generated specifically for you and is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the report or its methodology without our express written consent.

The 30-Marker Travel DNA framework, matching algorithms, and psychographic profiling methodology are proprietary trade secrets of TravelOne.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services.

You agree not to use any automated means, including robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Services for any purpose without our express written permission.

TravelOne provides travel intelligence and recommendations based on our proprietary algorithms and your Travel DNA profile. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that every destination match or travel recommendation will meet your expectations.

In no event shall TravelOne, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Virginia, United States, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

TravelOne Global Travel Services, LLC does not offer consulting or travel services to residents of Ontario, Canada. Users in restricted jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
