Accessibility Statement

TravelOne's commitment to making travel intelligence accessible to everyone.

Last Updated: April 1, 2026

1. Our Commitment

TravelOne Technologies Inc. and TravelOne Global Travel Services LLC are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our platform.

We believe that travel intelligence should be available to all travellers, regardless of ability. Our Traveler DNA platform is designed with inclusivity as a core principle, not an afterthought.

2. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

TravelOne's platform is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to achieve full Level AA conformance across all pages and features.

Our target date for full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance is December 31, 2025.

3. Technical Specifications

TravelOne's platform relies on the following technologies for conformance with WCAG 2.1: HTML5, CSS3, WAI-ARIA, JavaScript (React 19), and SVG.

The platform has been tested using the following assistive technologies: NVDA screen reader (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android), and keyboard-only navigation.

We use automated accessibility scanning tools (axe-core) as part of our development pipeline to catch and remediate accessibility issues before deployment.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, there are some known accessibility limitations in the current version of the platform: (1) Some complex data visualisations in the DNA Report may not be fully accessible to screen reader users — we are developing text-based alternatives; (2) Some PDF documents (including the DNA Report export) may not be fully accessible — we are working on accessible HTML alternatives; (3) Some interactive quiz elements may have limited keyboard navigation in older browsers.

We are actively working to address all known limitations. If you encounter an accessibility barrier not listed here, please contact us.

5. Feedback & Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of TravelOne's platform. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers: Email: accessibility@traveloneglobal.com | Phone: +1 (703) 200-3901 | Postal Address: TravelOne Technologies Inc., Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

We try to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant national or regional accessibility authority in your jurisdiction.

6. Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility feedback, you may contact the Accessibility Commissioner under the Accessible Canada Act (for Canadian users) or the relevant state or federal accessibility authority (for US users).

We are committed to resolving accessibility complaints promptly and fairly. We view accessibility complaints as an opportunity to improve our platform for all users.

7. Assessment Approach

TravelOne assesses the accessibility of its platform through the following approaches: self-evaluation by our development team using WCAG 2.1 success criteria; automated testing using axe-core and Lighthouse; manual testing with assistive technologies; and periodic third-party accessibility audits.

Our most recent third-party accessibility audit was conducted in Q1 2025. The audit report is available on request to enterprise clients and accessibility researchers.
