Transparency in how TravelOne Technologies operates, earns, and serves its clients.
Last Updated: April 1, 2026
1. Company Structure
TravelOne operates through two registered legal entities: TravelOne Technologies Inc., incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (Federal), headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada; and TravelOne Global Travel Services LLC, registered in the State of Virginia, United States of America.
TravelOne Technologies Inc. (Canada) is the technology entity responsible for the development, maintenance, and licensing of the Traveler DNA platform, AI engine, and all associated intellectual property.
TravelOne Global Travel Services LLC (USA) is the travel services entity responsible for itinerary orchestration, client advisory services, supplier relationships, and all travel-related bookings and fulfilment.
Both entities operate under a unified brand and shared leadership, with Bhavin Vora serving as Founder & CEO of TravelOne Technologies Inc. and Pranav Amin serving as CEO of TravelOne Global Travel Services LLC.
2. Nature of Services
TravelOne provides three categories of service: (1) Technology Services — the Traveler DNA diagnostic platform, report generation, and DNA Dashboard, provided by TravelOne Technologies Inc.; (2) Advisory Services — travel consultation, itinerary design, and DNA calibration, provided by TravelOne Global Travel Services LLC; and (3) Facilitation Services — booking facilitation, supplier coordination, and on-ground concierge, provided by TravelOne Global Travel Services LLC through its partner network.
TravelOne is a travel advisory and technology platform. We are not a licensed airline, hotel, or transportation provider. When we facilitate bookings, we act as an agent on your behalf with the relevant supplier. The supplier's own terms and conditions govern the booking.
TravelOne is a member of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA). Our ASTA membership certificate is available for review at traveloneglobal.com/about.
3. Revenue Model & Compensation Disclosure
TravelOne earns revenue through: (1) Subscription fees for DNA Report plans (Soul Seeker, Pathfinder, Voyager, Luminary); (2) Professional and Enterprise licensing fees for travel advisors and agencies; (3) Commission from supplier bookings facilitated on behalf of clients, where applicable.
Where TravelOne receives a commission or incentive from a supplier (hotel, airline, tour operator, etc.) in connection with a booking we facilitate for you, we will disclose this to you prior to confirming the booking. Our advisory recommendations are made based on DNA alignment, not supplier incentives.
TravelOne does not sell advertising space on its platform. We do not monetise your personal data or DNA profile for advertising purposes.
4. Supplier Relationships
TravelOne works with a curated network of global travel suppliers including hotels, resorts, airlines, ground transportation providers, tour operators, and experience providers. Suppliers are selected based on quality standards, alignment with our DNA-matched destination profiles, and client feedback.
TravelOne does not guarantee the performance of third-party suppliers. While we exercise due diligence in supplier selection, we are not responsible for service failures, cancellations, or quality issues caused by suppliers. In such cases, we will act as your advocate to seek resolution.
Preferred supplier relationships exist where TravelOne has negotiated preferred rates, amenities, or access for its clients. These relationships are disclosed on request and do not influence our DNA-based recommendations.
5. AI & Technology Disclosure
TravelOne uses proprietary artificial intelligence to process quiz responses and generate Traveler DNA Reports. The AI engine is trained on anonymised, aggregated traveller data and validated against real-world travel outcomes. No individual quiz response is reviewed by a human as part of the automated report generation process.
AI-generated recommendations are advisory in nature and should be considered alongside your own judgment. TravelOne does not use AI to make decisions that have legal or significant personal effects without human oversight.
For a full disclosure of our AI practices, please refer to our Ethical AI Disclosure policy.
6. Regulatory Compliance
TravelOne Technologies Inc. operates in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Canadian provincial privacy laws.
TravelOne Global Travel Services LLC operates in compliance with applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws, including the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA).
Both entities comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with respect to the personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area.
TravelOne is not a registered investment advisor, financial advisor, or insurance provider. Nothing on our platform constitutes financial, insurance, or legal advice.
