Refund Policy

Our commitment to your satisfaction and the terms for refund requests

1. Overview

At TravelOne, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that circumstances change, and we want to ensure you feel confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our services.

2. DNA Report Refund Policy

GLIMPSE (Free Plan): As a complimentary service, no refund applies.

Soul Seeker ($199), Odyssey Architect ($399), and Tribe Compass ($499): If you are not satisfied with your Travel DNA Report, you may request a full refund within 14 days of receiving your report, provided you have not used the report to book any travel services through TravelOne.

Once travel services have been booked using your DNA Report recommendations, the report portion of your plan is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

3. Group Plan Refund Policy

Friends & Family Plan ($1,499) and Corporate Executive Plan ($4,999): Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before any DNA Reports in the group have been generated.

If one or more DNA Reports in the group have already been generated, a partial refund may be issued for the ungenerated reports, minus a 15% administrative fee.

Custom group arrangements are subject to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement.

4. Travel Advisor & Agency Plans

Expedition Curator ($699): Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before any client DNA Reports have been generated.

Travel Agency (Custom Pricing): Refund terms are governed by the specific terms of your agency partnership agreement.

5. Consultation and Itinerary Services

Unused consultation calls may be refunded if requested before the consultation is scheduled.

Itinerary planning services that have been initiated (i.e., a draft itinerary has been delivered) are non-refundable, as significant work has been performed.

Itinerary revisions included in your plan are non-refundable once the initial itinerary has been delivered.

6. Cash Back Credits

Cash back credits (e.g., "$199 cash back on trip booking") are applied as credits toward travel bookings made through TravelOne. These credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cash back credits expire 12 months from the date of issuance if not used.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at connect@traveloneglobal.com or call +1 (703) 200-3901 with your order number and reason for the refund request.

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our Terms of Service.

In exceptional circumstances, we may offer store credit or plan upgrades in lieu of a cash refund, at our discretion.
